No. Any person or entity claiming to represent Colgate-Palmolive Company by misusing the brand name, brand identity and/or the name(s) of our employees and designees, demanding money in exchange for interviews and/or jobs with the Company are committing fraud. The responsibility of any such interaction or transaction between any people fraudulently posing or claiming to be from Colgate-Palmolive Company is not the responsibility of the Company.

How do I submit my resume?
In order to ensure a fair and consistent process for everyone interested in applying to jobs at Colgate-Palmolive, we do not accept general resume submissions. To be considered for a specific job, create a profile on our Career Site, and use your profile to apply to the job in which you are interested. You must submit a separate application for each job you want to be considered for.

How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the Career Site “View Profile” page and click “Forgot your password?” Enter the email address initially used to create your profile on our Career Site. If an account matches the email address you entered, then you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Each time you reset your password, all previous password reset links in emails will be disabled.

How do I apply?
To apply for any job, you need to create a profile on our Career Site and use your profile to apply to each job that you are interested in.

How do I edit my application?
To edit your application, log in to your profile on the Career Site and navigate to “Jobs Applied.” Click the application you wish to edit and open the “Job-Specific Information” section. Edit the application and click “Update.” If the application is not visible, it is currently being reviewed and no more changes are possible.

What is the status of my application? I applied for a position and have not heard back.

Visit our Career Site, search for the type of jobs you are interested in and then click the “Create Alert” button. We will email you each time a job is posted that meets the criteria you set up.
